Director of Life Coaching Programs
Lead the heart of ABM's transformation work. You will oversee the Scars to Stars Life Coaching Program, train and supervise life coaches, ensure program excellence and participant outcomes, and embody the 4-Domain model (Personal, Social, Economic, Spiritual) that changes lives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement life coaching curriculum and best practices
- →Recruit, train, and supervise life coaches and mentors
- →Monitor participant progress and coaching outcomes
- →Ensure 75%+ program completion and 82%+ job retention at 6 months
Director of Treasury & Financial Stewardship
Guard the resources that fuel the mission. You will oversee ABM's financial systems, cash management, accounting controls, and ensure every dollar serves our vision. Partner with our CPA team and Board Treasurer to maintain integrity and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- →Oversee QuickBooks Online setup and data integrity
- →Implement and monitor financial controls and reconciliations
- →Support monthly and annual financial audits
Director of Fundraising & Major Gifts
Build the pipeline that sustains the vision. You will lead fundraising strategy, cultivate major gift relationships, manage annual fundraising events (Gala, Golf Tournament, Community Exchange), and secure the funding needed to expand ABM's Hope Hub and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute annual fundraising strategy and calendar
- →Cultivate and manage major donor relationships
- →Lead flagship fundraising events (Paws & Purpose Gala, Charity Golf Tournament, Great Community Exchange)
- →Identify grant opportunities and coordinate with grant writers
Director of Grants & Research
Secure major funding through grant writing and research. You will identify grant opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, manage grant reporting, and build relationships with foundations aligned with ABM's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and identify foundation and government grant opportunities
- →Write and submit grant proposals (federal, state, foundation, corporate)
- →Manage grant timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- →Prepare grant reports and impact documentation

Lead a strategic function. Shape ABM's culture and direction. Monthly Board meetings, leadership gatherings, and hands-on program involvement.
