Every program ABM runs falls under one of three flagship ministries. Nothing removed — everything reorganized under three clear callings that communicate who we help, how we help them, and how you can get involved.
ABM is a faith-based, community-driven ministry — not a clinical or government program. All services are free of charge. No income requirements. No documentation. No barriers. Referrals welcome from partner organizations and community members.
Restore Lives
Life Coaching, Recovery & Discipleship
Life transformation starts from the inside out. ABM's Restore Lives ministry walks alongside individuals through their hardest chapters — providing one-on-one life coaching, recovery support, faith-rooted mentorship, and crisis navigation. We are not a clinical program. We are a community of people who have been there — and came back stronger.

Scars to Stars Life Coaching Program
Our signature transformation program. A 4-phase, minimum 6-month journey from crisis to stability to purpose. 1:5 coaching ratio. 4-Domain methodology: Personal, Social, Economic, and Spiritual.
Bound by Grace — Recovery & Substance Abuse Support
Faith-based recovery support for individuals navigating addiction and substance abuse. Walking beside people in their recovery — not ahead of them, not behind them. Beside them.
Faith-Based Counseling & Discipleship
Christ-centered principles woven through every ABM program. Character development, spiritual formation, community covenant — never imposed, always available, always real.
Crisis Intervention & Resource Navigation
24/7 crisis intervention and life coaching. Immediate support, followed by a structured pathway toward long-term stability.

Build Futures
Workforce Readiness, Life Skills & Employment Support
Building economic independence one skill at a time. ABM's Build Futures ministry equips youth and returning adults with workplace skills, career pathways, entrepreneurial training, and the confidence to launch. In partnership with Dominion Packaging and anchored by the Young Leaders Business Academy, we connect people to real employment opportunities — and stay with them through the launch.
Programs Under This Ministry
ABM Corporate Youth Pipeline Program
A structured career development track connecting youth ages 16–26 to real employment pathways — from trades to management — in partnership with corporate partners including Dominion Packaging.
Young Leaders Business Academy
A 7-module entrepreneurship and financial independence curriculum. Every graduate walks away with a registered legal business entity. Financial literacy, Launch Day pitch events, and ongoing mentorship.
ABM Advocate System
A peer advocacy model connecting program participants with trained advocates who provide guidance, accountability, and support throughout their journey.
Life Skills & Financial Literacy Training
Practical life skills — budgeting, decision-making, time management, communication — delivered in real-world context. Not just concepts. Tools you can use tomorrow.
Dominion Packaging Workforce Partnership
ABM's flagship corporate workforce partner. LOI signed June 2026, MOU in progress. Employment pathways from trades to management for ABM participants ages 16–26. First cohort target: Fall 2026.

Serve the Community
Resource Exchange, Outreach & Compassion Ministries
Compassion in action — no walls required. ABM's Serve the Community ministry meets people where they are, bringing free food, clothing, hygiene essentials, mobile outreach, and animal welfare support directly to Richmond's families and individuals. No appointments. No documentation. No barriers. Just love in action.
Programs Under This Ministry
Great Community Exchange
ABM's signature community outreach event. Free food, clothing, hygiene kits, and household goods. June 13, 2026: 500+ served in a single day. Quarterly signature events continue alongside ongoing distribution.
Mobile Outreach — We Come to You
ABM meets people where they are. No facility required. Our mobile outreach brings resources, compassion, and connection directly to the neighborhoods that need it most.
Cuddly Paws / Animal Welfare
Pet food, emergency animal support, and welfare assistance for families in crisis. When people can't get help because they won't leave their pet behind, ABM closes that gap.
Food, Clothing & Hygiene Distribution
150–200 individuals and 40–60 families served weekly through ongoing distribution. Nutritious food, gently used clothing, hygiene kits, and household goods — free, every time.
Community Resource & Navigation
Connecting families to housing support, legal resources, medical referrals, and financial assistance. ABM bridges the gap between people in need and the resources available to them.

The Hope Hub
The Hope Hub is not a pillar — it is the permanent physical home where all three ministries will operate under one roof. ABM's 7,000–12,000 sq ft community restoration center, currently in development. The future of Richmond starts here.
